My first truck
My names Sundui. I’m writing history of 8 years ago. When I was
9th class of middle school. If I made high attempt to do something. One
day in our school was competition of woodworking. Winner was go to competition
of district woodworking championship. So I think can I do that?. And I went to building
shop what bought needed things of competition.
10 days to
competition. First day I think what I do? But I hadn’t no idea. 2nd
day hadn’t anything in my head. 3rd day I decided to do truck. Before
I didn’t car and was do table, chair, board. So I met my uncle, he was
participate in many woodworking competition. He advised tso me. 1st to
choose wood of car / wood was softness/. 2nd to strike out. 3rd
to research from internet. 4th
to try to hard.
So I researched
from internet about another wood car’s photo, item and design. I began to do my
wood truck. I got up early morning , to do strike out. Afternoon I drew in wood
and sculpt car’s items. Nextday continued wood sculpt. I tried so hard. 7thday
I painted lacquer on wood items. 8thday I dried all wood items in
dark room. 9thday I assemblaged all wood items. And final day I rubbed
, scumbling and painted. I’m so exacited.
Competition day , staff
set students woodworking on stage . Judge asked ‘know how’ from students. Competition result- I was 5th
runner. And I cried in heart. My dad told me ‘next time you can do that’.So my dad
present to sculpt to me and set on table my truck
I tried
and believe in father’s word. Every year I did woodworking. I was go to many
competition and I had five amazing woodworking
